L'or vert d'Alexis Munoz : oléiculture régénératrice dans l'Aude
Dans la haute vallée de l’Aude, Alexis Munoz, son équipe, Jean-Claude et Rémi Pons, ainsi que l'association Génération Giono, procèdent à une récolte précoce d'olives au domaine de Castillou à Luc-sur-Aude, en France, le 14 octobre 2026. Yamna « Mina » Mostefa a également participé à la récolte durant une journée. Réalisée pour obtenir un fruité vert intense, cette cueillette permet d'extraire un jus particulièrement riche en polyphénols. Ce choix s'inscrit dans une démarche d'oléiculture régénératrice, portée par le programme Nectar oléiculture régénératrice.
Alexis Munoz’s ‘green gold’: regenerative olive cultivation in the Aude
In the upper Aude valley, Alexis Munoz, his team – Jean-Claude and Remi Pons – and the Generation Giono association are carrying out an early olive harvest at the Castillou estate in Luc-sur-Aude, France, on 14 October 2026. Yamna “Mina” Mostefa also took part in the harvest for a day. Carried out to obtain an intense green fruit flavour, this harvest yields a juice that is particularly rich in polyphenols. This approach is part of a regenerative olive-growing initiative, supported by the Nectar regenerative olive-growing programme.
