La Grignotière, on the 25th of december
On the 25th of December, in the northern Finistère, at the end of the harbor of Brest, entered a village with ghostly looks on this particular Christmas day.
Here, a bar seems awake, dressed in garlands and stickers for the occasion.
An alibi to stop drinking good coffee.
Entrance into the premises, no one in the horizon, not a shadow of a customer, not even the shade of a sheet-keeper or a canine keeper. "Hey ho ... is there anyone?" "... ..
Waiting for a reply, without echo in return, silence radio ...
A static table football, still surrounded by spectator chairs, a dining table, witness of a day after Christmas. The blue garlands lit, the coffee machine asleep ....
"Hey ho ....? ... Suspension of time, the Grignotiére also has a hangover.
It's time to start, on tiptoe and without coffee ...
Nice to have met you, Merry Christmas Grignotière and next time!
