Les mesures barrieres du au COVID 19 a interdit toute musique dans la rue. Seule la musique au balcon etait possible. A year after the death of Steve Maia Caniço, drowned, following a police charge in a sound system on Quai Wilson, the atmosphere was very tense. Barrier measures due to COVID 19 prohibited all music on the street. Only music on the balcony was possible. Despite this, people organized a free party, five hundred people strolled in the Madeleine district, in tribute to Steve, to claim justice for Steve and to claim the freedom to dance. |
